I'm down to 196.4 from 200 one week ago. I've eliminated milk and chocolate from my diet and I can definitely feel a difference not drinking the milk. Someone took a photo of me with a hat I just made and my face is less puffy - already from just a week of eliminating milk - hard to believe! There is also less puffiness in my ankles - yeah!!!! I have to go out and buy more fruit today and some grapefruit juice.
