I am preparing for my new raw journey. I'm hoping to clear up this subclinical hypothyroidism, feel better and lose some weight. This will be a 100-day challenge, broken up into 10-day mini challenges. This is actually good for me as doing something for 10 days at a time may be easier than trying to stick to something for a whole 100 days. I will be weighing myself once a week, on Fridays and will post my progress. I will also keep track of my hypothyroid symptoms, noting their severity (or hopefully, lack thereof). So this will all start on Tuesday April 14 - so I'm mentally preparing and will be getting rid of offending substances in the kitchen. Hubby will be away for about 10 days so it will give a good beginning to be able to focus on only me (and the dogs, of course :-)
